Fire Risk Assessments

Since the change in fire safety legislation in 2005 it is a legal requirement that all business and building owners carry out their own fire risk assessment. This assessment is required to be produced for the fire officer in a written document.

The assessor must record any significant findings, record who may be at risk, identify hazards and the potential posed by those hazards. We have fire risk assessors available throughout the UK who can work with business owners by providing you with a full fire risk assessment, with many years of fire industry experience our fire risk assessments will help you comply with fire safety law. Fire Extinguisher Sales & Service

Fire extinguishers are required to be serviced and maintained on an annual basis. We provide a wide network of field service technicians enabling us to provide you with a local service. We can service, overhaul, refill or replace all types of fire extinguishers that you may have, and we can also service fire extinguishers which you may have purchased from another supplier.

Fire Warden & Marshal Training

Are you looking for a tailored fire warden training course at your premises? then look no further, we provided bespoke training courses for all types and sizes of businesses. The courses are usually 3-4 hours long booked as 1/2 day sessions.

We carry out the session at your premises where we will require a small room for up to 15 candidates and a small outdoor area to carry out the "live" fire training session where all candidates will have the opportunity of extinguishing the fires. The class room session will cover the theory via a laptop media presentation. You will find further details and information about the course timetable here.

Fire Alarm Installations, Testing & Maintenance

Fire alarm testing and maintenance is essential in any property as any faults with the system my not be detected and appropriately corrected.

We are able to provide fire alarm service technicians throughout England to service and maintain your fire alarm system. Our technicians are fully experienced and industry qualified to service all types of fire systems including those that are installed and commissioned by another supplier. Checks on the systems include; the panel, smoke detectors, heat detectors, bells, sounders, call points and where accessible cable joints for integrity and functionality.

Emergency Lighting

The introduction of a periodic and systematic regime of testing and inspection of your emergency lighting system is essential as during an evacuation of a building all occupants require escape routes to be adequately lit, should the emergency lighting system fail due to lack of functionality then the consequences could be disastrous. Regular service and maintenance is required to ensure correct functionality during a power failure. We have fully experienced and industry qualified electricians available to carry out emergency lighting maintenance.

Fire Hose Reel Maintenance

Maintenance of fire hose reels is normally carried out during the same visit as the fire extinguisher service although sometimes it is a request of the fire officer that the maintenance is carried out at six monthly intervals. Our technicians provide hose reel inspections in all types of properties and all types of hose reels even though it may have been installed and commissioned by another supplier. We also provide flow tests which will determine the correct flow rate of your hose reel and provide solutions should the test results be inadequate.
